Using the TickZapper couldn't be easier! Just follow the steps below for easy tick removal from Children, pets or yourself.

Step 1:
Find the tick with prefocused light.

Step 2:
Grab the tick with tweezer as close to skin as possible. The tick will receive a small amount of battery current that will help influence it to relax its grip. Only the tick can feel the current. Do not crush the tick.

Step 3:
Gently pull the tick away from the skin. Do not pull too hard, wait for the tick to release it's grip.

Remember:
The object is to remove the tick in one piece. This will reduce the possibility of infection. The tick can then be saved for evaluation purposes if desired.

Tip:
To speed removal on TICKS that have been locked in place for several days, wet the tweezer tips with a few drops of salt water.
